 The
Year was 1956, Tommy was 17, a young Greek boy
in New York. Already his reputation was growing in the
neighborhood and more and more his work was on display
for all to see. All who had a car or was fortunate enough
to not only have the honor of having Tommy's name on your
ride, but being able to own a car in itself, for times
were tough all over.
Tommy knew since he was 13 he was going to be a pinstriper.
Hanging with the greats such as.. Frankie Bird, and others,
Tommy's talents were forming into skills. |
 Yeah,
the neighboorhood...it might of seemed like a real drag
at times, but all in all it wasn't too bad, and since
everyone started to buy cars by the truck load, things
started to shape up. More cars, more room for Itch to
stripe on. Soon his lines were stre tching across America.
This was starting to be a good time for Itch to get his
mitts on anyone's car who wanted to cruise in style. His
nitch was itched and he began to get into custom body
design such as this 64 Desoto. He cut and turned into
a Stake Truck. |
