Was foul play really ruled out in the death of Boyd?
PHOTO TAKEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE HE WENT FROM AFFLICTED TO CRUSHED . DO NOT BELIVE THE SPIN

This question is asked out of a deep friendship, love & respect for my friend. Who I defended in life and will do so in death. With all the opinions about Boyd, I can tell you this was a man's man and a deeply caring person about people. Nobody is a perfect person. But this is a question that eats at the very soul of anyone who had eyes to see. And I saw. There is more than one person who's interest in fair play and truth in this very high profile passing, that has been not so skillfully played down. Especially on Christmas . When all others are opening up presents under the tree, Boyd took more than a fall, he took a beating.

What really happened to my pal Boyd?. A simple loss of balance, poor health, a bipolar episode at the hands of another, or a pay back from a bad business deal. All of these questions are just an attempt to take a second look at a life that has come and gone a little too fast. Time to shed the light of truth on this one mans life of 63 years.

Was foul play really ruled out?. Was it an accidental death or a murder with a seven and a half week time delay for death.

With over 99% percent of Boyd's bodily injuries to the front of his body as seen by myself over eight times while visiting my pal in the hospital, I could not help but notice a two inch long vertical gash an eighth inch deep on the center of his head . It did not add up at first , but after things had become worse with one organ shutting down one after another , and the cold shoulder and short answers I was starting to get from a family member and two friends , I began to really wonder . And the fact that there were and are people of interest ,it's not so far fetched when you consider Boyd was not taken to the hospital for over twenty four hours from the time of injuries. This would fly low and under the radar and could be handled very quit ely with only calling a family doctor once admitting him to the hospital without brining in E.M.T.s or police . And since his head was on the pillow so much of the time, not everyone who came to see him got to see what I personally saw, but I did the first time I ran to see him.
Johnny Cash's ` Gonna cut you down!

There were business ventures in the works and people to gain money by turning a blind eye to some very tough questions at a very painful and sad time in the seven and a half weeks it took him to die a very slow and painful death. It was even reported to me in a text message that there was a very close and special person in his life who had a bipolar disorder. who would hit him. My friend would never try to protect himself because his love for this person was so strong. I was also told by this insider that there was a video tape of such an incident that he witnessed some three years ago but was told to destroy it at Boyd's request.

And then there were a few business partners on different dealings that could be compared to the late great Mickey Thompson incident. My family was invited to his Christmas eve party and he was in sixty five to seventy percent good to fair health; not great mind you but not in any way shape or form like what I saw him in a little over a day later. "What really went on at his house" when this alleged accident was supposed to have happened ?. I started to ask how a man can fall forward as it was told to me by his significant other and receive all these horrible injuries to the front of his body and wind up with a blow to the back of his head as he did. Things were just two clean and neat for a few of us who got to see and hear what you don't see on T. V. Not to mention that this is not the first husband lost prematurely.

The truth will come out in the end . If all is as reported to be true , then God Rest His Soul. If not someone may have gotten away with murder. But rest easy there are more people than you know that express interest in this untold version. Boyd was a man with all the good and bad we all carry inside us , but he was my friend and we talked one to three times a day by phone. A lot was talked about . Two years ago Boyd and I shared two very different experiences that were life changing for both of us . I had a tattoo of Boyd along with a logo of a group that treated him like garbage. Underneath it reads " A foe is a curse but a pretend friend is worse ". Boyd told me he could not remember the last time a person stood up for him and was moved by that.

This was two years before his death and I was there for him and he was there for me . I was warned to stay away from his funeral by a family member. Of course this is all unsubstantiated conjecture and opinion only. You know where there is a will , there is a relative . We helped each other get through some tough personal issues of a similar nature. And he gave me a six carat diamond ring at the favorite New York restaurant "Don Pepps" as made famous by a number of key players in N .Y. C.. Boyd also made a steel frame for a new altar at a famous Greek Orthodox Church , and was the very first to call me and donate a set of wheels and tires for the famed "L.A. Tub" featured in 2006.

I would always do as much as I could for him and really felt lucky to have a friend like him to hang out with. With us it was always about friendship not business. We really got a kick out of each other. I miss him and felt he was taken from us in a in a very dark way. I was able to place holy water on his head and hands and pray for him in the Greek faith. I hope he is reunited with his Mother & Father and all his family and friends in Heaven.

See you soon pal Tommy. Click here for history.
